Please contact us prior to sending your artwork. Proof copies or print outs are for reviewing for these type of mistakes or glitches Please review your materials carefully.

DVD and CD orders will not be started without your signed or verbal approval please account for this in your deadline.

All material or product will remain the property of Aggressive Records Audio Duplication until PAID IN FULL.

Aggressive Records assumes no responsibility for the inaccuracy of PDF or graphic files Proofed via e-mail we recommend hardcopy or in-store approval when applicable.

Although we keep your text, graphics or audio/video information when possible, we recommend you keep an archival disc of your project in a safe place. However, you can purchase archival service from us to hold your master upon request.

By signing an approval form or giving a verbal approval you take responsibility for your DVD/CD content as well as graphics or text information and for the accuracy and content of your job and Aggressive Records Audio Duplication is not responsible for mis-spelling or errors that have been over looked and approved.

RETURNS
Any return must be authorized in advance and issued an RMA number , Aggressive Records cannot accept shipped returns without this. Client must notify Aggressive Records within 24 hours upon receiving a damaged shipment, Also client must inspect package prior to signing for shipment and notify the shipping or courier company upon receipt of said shipment. Client is responsible for payment of shipping, insurance and any other charges, unless otherwise specified.

Aggressive Records Audio Duplication has the right to claim mastering or intellectual property rights when applicable. All price quotes are based on the information given by the client , and are subject to change.

Despite all the legal mumbo jumbo we GUAURANTEE all our work and if something is defective on our account or our mistake we will take care of it.

WE hereby agree to complete the job or project and do all the things possible to make your project cost effective and just the way you would like. Here is some information to hopefully.

Aggressive Records Audio Duplication reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Aggressive records is not responsible for obtaining copyright ,trademark or license this is the sole responsibility of the client providing the media,audio, video, etc...

A storage fee of up to $10 per month will apply for orders left over 30 days. After 1 year Aggressive Records Audio Duplication is no longer responsible to hold your order unless authorized.

By reading this, entering our facility or sending media of any type for duplication,reproduction / editing or any of our services you agree to all of the terms disclosed and do not hold or indemnify Aggressive Records Audio Duplication responsible for loss or damage of any kind for any reason to masters , media , product etc…personal or otherwise. Client also acknowledges a personal gauranty of payment by requesting our service or product.
